Siyaphila Wellness Academy is a skills development centre based across South Africa. Our mission is to train unemployed youth and working adults in massage, beauty therapy, workplace wellness and client care — and then connect them to practical workplace opportunities in salons, spas, wellness centres and mobile wellness businesses.

HWSETA learnership partnership opportunity
Siyaphila is seeking partnership with a QCTO-accredited training provider to implement wellness and massage therapy training across South Africa. We act as the implementation partner; the accredited provider acts as the Training Provider of Record.
Siyaphila responsibilities
- Recruit 20–30 unemployed youth per intake
- Collect learner documents and consent forms
- Provide training venue
- Provide 2 rooms, 6 massage beds, water and electricity
- Track attendance and learner support
- Coordinate workplace placement with salons/spas
- Handle community relations and marketing
Accredited provider responsibilities
- QCTO curriculum
- Facilitators, assessors and moderators
- DHET/QCTO compliance
- HWSETA DG grant application and reporting
- POE management
- HSSMIS uploads
- NQF certification for competent learners
